What exists now

A build-tested workbench foundation, shared protein and mutation models, transparent amino-acid calculations, controlled design candidates, validation stages and an evidence ledger.

What remains research

Authentic variant-effect models, real structures, folding, binding, function, toxicity, efficacy and experimental confirmation will only be added with source provenance and appropriate validation.

Proteus does not turn a prediction into a discovery. It makes the path from hypothesis to evidence visible.
